Please understand that all designs, photographs and graphics offered for sale on this website are copyrighted and are owned exclusively by the artist. Therefore, it would be appreciated that these copyrights be respected and not disregarded as I can only continue with my designing career with your honest support.

Here are some guidelines which I hope will clarify what you may and may not do with these designs.

What you cannot do:

Teach without written permission to do so or without the purchase of a packet for each and every student for each and every class. You may not reproduce or republish any pattern packets, books or magazine articles in their entirety or in part and then sell them in your shop or on eBay, pass along to friends, groups or painting classes, at conventions or in any other commercial way or in any other commercial publication such as advertising, logos, business cards, websites, etc.

What you can do:

With regard to teaching a pattern, the author must be contacted before any advertising is offered to the public. After contact, and if the result is affirmative, the project may then be advertised. If the class is successfully filled, a pattern must be purchased from the author for each and every student in each and every class and a Letter of Permission is then issued. The date, time and number of students must be advised. Discounts available to teachers for their classes.

You may be creative with these designs by enlarging or reducing any of the line drawings to suit your specific needs for the surface you are working on.

With regard to books, the patterns may be hand traced and painted for your personal enjoyment and profit. Teachers are welcome to make one copy of the line drawing for each student for each class to be given, not sold to the students. All reproductions must carry the copyright symbol, name, date, and title of the book. No written text or directions are to be reproduced by any means. Reproduction of or application of these designs by any mechanical means for commercial or other use is prohibited without written permission from the author. No pattern or any part of a pattern or any instructions or part of instructions may be removed from the book and sold separately for commercial purposes without the author's written consent.
